From my POV it should be Punk. Ultimately it is all Rock 'N' Roll with Punk rock as a subgenre of the whole thing - should it be Rock music anyway as the Rock 'N' Roll article is specifically about the 1950's style? This recording dates from, is rooted in, and was culturally included within, the Punk era and ethos. If we follow the arguments raised here we should reclassify Sid Vicious as a Crooner because he did My Way but then he did C'mon Everybody too so it might just be some kind of categorisation swindle.
