Opening sentence

[edit]

The first sentence could do with explaining what it is, it took quite a bit of reading before I realised it was locomotive.--Mongreilf 09:24, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Clarity/Status

[edit]

It could do with being made clearer that this is hauling scheduled services on the Watercress Line (I know its OR, but I rode one today, so it must be). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.56.124.28 (talk) 22:28, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Date edit

[edit]

I've edited the date that Bittern will join up with Union of South Africa, Mallard and Sir Nigel Gresley at the National Railway Museum - it's on July 5th and 6th rather than the 3rd. Full disclosure: I work for the NRM, read my profile for more details Peer Lawther (talk) 14:56, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Back to "Bittern"

[edit]

In time for the SVR gala next month, apparently. See the SVR site. 86.186.54.115 (talk) 16:58, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
