It's typical that the text of the {{Expand French}} tag takes up more room than the article itself. Why on earth should it be translated? The French article is chock-full of incredibly boring statistics, apparently churned out by an AI, taking it to over 45,000 bytes: and the likelihood of anyone wanting to render this stultifying prose into English is approximately nil. It would seem slightly more feasible if it wasn't about a tiny place in the middle of nowhere where nothing has happened ever, and whose population reaches the grand total of 83.
