What does the † signs mean in the Cast section?[edit]

Cast lists are not meant to express anything other than actor and role, per WP:CASTLIST, so I've removed the † signs. Clearly they indicate who was killed during the period the movies cover, but anyone seriously studying French Revolutionary history will be using proper sources to determine such things, not a TV movie.
