Fair use rationale for Image:LaSalle Academy Logo.jpg[edit]

File:LaSalle Academy Logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:13, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notable alumni list and DJ Principe entry[edit]

This has been entered twice, first with no article and no sources [1], and now with no article and two listings of his times [2].

Per WP:ALUMNI, WP:LISTBIO and WP:SOURCELIST we generally do not accept an entry on a list of notable alumni unless there are sources showing that the person would clearly qualify for an article if one were written. Principe was a good high school runner, but his performance has fallen off since then. High school athletes are very rarely notable. The applicable notability criteria for this athlete are WP:YOUNGATH for his high school career, and WP:NCOLLATH for his college career, Possibly he is notable, but the provided refs are not sufficient to show that. We need substantial, prolonged, independent, and non-routine published coverage to establish his notability. If it exists an article should be written about him before he is added to the list. In the mean time I am removing the entry again.

If an article is written and he is added to the list, his entry should not be anywhere near as long as it was in [3]. An entry in a notable alumni list is not the person's bio. Meters (talk) 20:39, 21 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

State athletic results[edit]

Does anyone know of a source for past state athletic titles? I'm trying to source the athletic section but the Rhode Island Interscholastic League only lists 2017–2018 and 2018–2019 results https://www.riil.org/page/3109 Meters (talk) 04:21, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
