Coordinate error

The coordinates need the following fixes:

The coordinates are shown in decimal degrees, but this is not correct. According to the Library of Congress authority file, citing GEOnet Names Server, the coordinates for this place are 34°03ʹ00ʺN, 72°22ʹ00ʺE.
