Assessment[edit]

@Maaley: The criteria for B-class status are set forth at WP:BCLASS. Because most of the criteria address the scope and depth of the content, the assessment should be made by persons associated with the relevant Wiki Projects (and judging from the projects listed above, these would be the projects for India and Military History). If you click the links in the banners above, you will be taken to the pages for those projects and you can ask for assistance on their Talk pages. For now, I'll just note that one of the B-class criteria requires proper references. I noticed that some of your references do not provide essential bibliographic information. For example, I noticed one that didn't provide the author of a web article, even though the linked article did provide that information. The same is true for the date an article was published. Failure to provide essential bibliographic detail can, by itself, be a reason for failing the B-class criteria. You might want to become familiar with the {{cite web}} template, which can be useful in ensuring that essential information gets included in your references. I hope this response has been helpful. NewYorkActuary Thanks again.Yes your informations were really helpful. Atleast I know my mistakes now.I will make the necessary edits. Thank you. And what are this bugs? are they problematic ? If so how to remove them? Maaley (talk) 00:09, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure what you mean by "bugs". If you mean that there are typographical or other errors that you've discovered, then feel free to fix them by clicking on the page's "Edit" tab and making the necessary changes. NewYorkActuary (talk) 00:17, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please view the revision history statistics here: https://tools.wmflabs.org/xtools-articleinfo/?article=Lal_Sena&project=en.wikipedia.org , you will find "Bugs/Todo:3" and then the complexity arises, I cant understand anything after that. Please help if possible.Maaley (talk) 01:39, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, I see what you mean now. Those items refer to the database entry in Wikidata, a sister project to Wikipedia. Wikidata has its own volunteers and fixing those "bugs" is something best left to them. The "bugs" will have no impact on your editing of the article here on Wikipedia. NewYorkActuary (talk) 03:09, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for assurance. Thank you so much for helping me clearing out the doubts.Maaley (talk) 04:15, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Comment for when GA review gets started[edit]

Saqib wanted to add a comment to a GA review for this article, but instead opened a review that isn't going to be finished. Since the review page needs to be deleted so a new reviewer can be found, I've preserved Saqib's comment here, which was made at 11:53, 22 January 2017 (UTC):[reply]

Too many red links. this article definitely need copyediting.

If the nominator wants to address these now, that's great. BlueMoonset (talk) 05:34, 25 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Content under the history section deserves its own article[edit]

The entire conflict in the region is deserving of its own article. I've submitted it for review under my sandbox.Michael Curnow (talk) 20:34, 13 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

To add to this, much of the history section, covers the conflict in general and not just the Lal Sena specifically.Michael Curnow (talk) 20:37, 13 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
