"The Lambda Function is an Artificial Function, it has little use in the natural world, however it proves interesting to study, as the curve of this function approaches a right-angle as x→∞"

Surely it was meant 'as b->∞' ? njh 11:52, 15 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Existence of this definition[edit]

There are many lambda functions according to MathWorld. But I have yet to see the definition given here. Did someone just make this definition up? - PGSONIC (talk) 02:18, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lambda calculus[edit]

Verfiication[edit]

Can anyone verify the existence of this usage? There don't appear to be any references and it has been questioned for some time now. 94.197.232.73 (talk) 07:44, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
