see: Talk:Land rehabilitation#Merge There is currently a lot missing in this article. Land(scape) restoration is a huge topic with many facets in all parts of life. WessNature (talk) 20:30, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

On the desertification section

[edit]

highly suggest editing this section to provide more detail about what desertification is and what causes it. It is a "natural" process as you suggested in an earlier section, but it does not occur "naturally" at the rates we are seeing today. Almost any response we see from nature today has some human influenced trigger; therefore' classifying desertification as only a natural phenomena misleads the reader to think what we are seeing today is "normal" for our global climate.
