How can a nation of less than 40,000 citizens have 193,995 voters in a general election?

- Since voters can cast multiple votes within each Wahlkreis, this table shows the total number of votes received by candidates of each party, not the number of voters who supported each party.
- So the system is not that of "one man, one vote" :o). But how many votes can a single individual cast? Twelve? And can these be divided at will among the candidates?--MWAK (talk) 18:21, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
