I am ready to move this page live, but have been unsuccessful in doing so. I've tried "moving" it and renaming it, but it still isn't accessible from search engines. Please help! Thank you.

You did just fine. The article is now in the mainspace and now "live". It can take up to a few days for the article to show up on the major search engine results. I have observed that it usually takes about 4 days or so. I believe that this has to do in part to when the database updates and also since Google automatically list Wikipedia articles at the top or near top of a search, it is important that things such as attack pages and copy-right violations are not instantly search-able upon creation.
