Poor old Lap-dog, a Derby winner so obscure that no-one even painted his picture, unless you know different...Tigerboy1966 (talk) 01:52, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Trainer

[edit]

Trainers weren't mentioned much at this period. Looking into this. A lot of sites with "Stephenson" are WP mirrors. Galopp-Sieger has "Bird" and Mortimer et al also say Bird was Lord E's principal trainer. Tigerboy1966 (talk) 01:52, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

(horse)

[edit]

Per WP:DIFFPUNCT difficult to argue that the " - " distinguishes from lap dog. Have provisionally added (horse) for WP:RECOGNIZABILITY but left redirecting to here, so as not to disrupt links. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:19, 31 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
