Light bulb mystery!

[edit]

This Wikipedia article states there were originally five light bulbs being used at the geothermal plant, but another Wikipedia article specifically about geothermal energy states there were four light bulbs. Anyone know which Wikipedia article is correct? [[1]]

Merging proposal

[edit]

The page Lardarello has a wrong title and should be merged in the current one. Pietro (talk) 09:41, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Italian Wikipedia has separate articles for Larderello & Montecerboli

[edit]

In the History section, it states "Known as Montecerboli until the 19th century,".

However, on the Italian Wikipedia, there are separate articles for Larderello & Montecerboli (wikilinks are to the articles in Italian).

A Google translation of the Cenni storici [Historical Background] section states:

"In 1818 the engineer and entrepreneur François Jacques Larderei planted in Montecerboli the first industrial plant for the extraction of ' boric acid , which was followed by others concentrated in the nearby village now known as Larderello."

It therefore appears that Larderello & Montecerboli are separate villages. Perhaps someone who is familiar with the comune of Pomarance in Provence of Pisa can confirm or refute this. If they are separate villages, then maybe we need separate articles.
