Churchie[edit]

Growing up in Northern Ireland in the 1960s, I was familiar with what is here described as the Korean game, Piledriver. We called it Churchie - I suppose because the anchor man of the receiving team would stand with his back to a wall, and the others would form a line, bent over towards him. If you Google “leapfrog”, the results you exclusively get are the educational toy company of the same name. It doesn’t matter if you type in “leapfrog game”, you’ll still results of games by LeapFrog. And if you search “leapfrog” on YouTube, you’ll get the same results, not to mention that the term “leapfrog” most commonly refers to LeapFrog Enterprises.
