Who's Who[edit]

(Robert) Leigh Turner is listed as a diplomat in the new edition (see Daily Telegraph 5 December 2007 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/portal/main.jhtml?view=DETAILS&grid=&xml=/portal/2007/12/05/ftwho105.xml "Who's Who? Just don't mention the coup" ) but I don't have access to a copy. It would be helpful if someone who does have access to the new edition, or to the online version of Who's Who (UK), could add some details of his career and background.
