Origin of dolls[edit]

This seems incredibly unencyclopedic, but I am not familiar with this doll/company at all (thus why I am visiting its Wikipedia page, haha) - is there anyone out there monitoring this page that knows a better way of including this information that is listed at the end of the Description section?

"They were purported to have been made in memory and in the image of a dead daughter. (Personal memory of 'sales pitch' by clerk in the Lenci store in France when doll purchased for me in 1930, although have heard it from others.)"

Like...who is "me", whose "personal memory" is this, etc?? Kailey elise (talk) 13:07, 24 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
