Is a long list of all of the professor's students appropriate in this article?
[edit]I have read a lot of articles about professors, and this is the first time I've seen a list of all graduate students. Should the list be deleted, or at least cut down to those notable enough to have a Wikipedia article (as is done with lists of alumni, or lists of notable people in towns?—Anne Delong (talk) 03:59, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
I think it should be either deleted or cut down. I added the references needed tag because I thought it would be so easy for someone to slip a student's name in without any legitimacy! Clare. (talk) 04:04, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
- I see that DGG has agreed with us and has removed the list.—Anne Delong (talk) 17:33, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
