Minor date discrepancy between source docs

Today I added a 1952 official biography as a reference. It disagrees by one day re: Capt (permanent). I checked Fogarty's 1953 compilation, it does claim 13 June while the 1952 command-level bio claims 12 June. I left the date as-is given that both sources hold equal stature. A related issue: the reference to Fogarty's work doesn't point to the correct PDF. I made a note to myself to see if we need multiple references or just one.
