Age[edit]

According to The 27s: The Greatest Myth of Rock & Roll author Eric Segalstad, Leslie Harvey was not a 27. Segalstad acquired a copy of his death certificate, and according to the date of birth on it he was actually 26. EzraZebra (talk) 05:13, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If the birth and death dates in this article are accurate, he was 27. If they are inaccurate, they should be corrected. Who's got a source? Dcs002 (talk) 02:25, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Cause of death[edit]

I have removed the excessive detail on the final paragraph. The quotation from Dr John's book is a borderline copyright violation and could easily be trimmed down, the detail is excessive for a neutral and balanced biography, and the specific cause of death contradicts the NME source, which reports he was electrocuted while announcing a number, not playing a song. Very short with no references... Some informal form and grammar... meh. --Cheeesemonger 21:46, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
