I think references to the band lethologica can be safely removed from this page. If they need their own article it should be a separate page. As far as I can see they don't merit that yet. rcsey 17:40, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

"e.g. feigning masturbation, lip smacking" Is this vandalism, or does it really happen?? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.77.206.23 (talk) 05:08, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have the time but if you do, Freud's The Psychopathology of Everyday Life (1901) dedicates several chapters to forgetting names, words, etc. and compares them to related concepts which imply an "on purpose" alienation of the word within the brain. Very good stuff for this article. --Signed: El BelgaTM 01:10, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

verifiable?

[edit]

Note that a search in the databases PubMed and PsychInfo turns up nothing with this term, which indicates that it is not at all widespread; it shows up in a few dictionaries, but otherwise seems to be a bit of a neologism. -- phoebe / (talk to me) 05:27, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This article is a complete fabrication and should be removed to prevent further spreading of misinformation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.241.213.45 (talk) 14:15, 6 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
