George Philips[edit]

There was a linked reference to "George Philips (historian)" as the author of Lex Parl., but that linked article was subsequently deleted from Wikipedia. If anyone can revive it or provide me with a copy, I would be grateful inasmuch as I had written a bio of Philips for the Parliamentary Journal and would be delighted to expand my article and/or the Wiki article.
