Arnold Sschwarzenegger's campaign use[edit]

The song was used during Arnold's victory speech on becoming governor of California. Youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwoEOVDg_2s No idea if its worth putting up on the page, just thought I'd mention it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.107.78.22 (talk) 13:37, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Rascal Flatts[edit]

why does this appear at the bottom of the article —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.38.11.18 (talk) 21:58, 12 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Makes sense to start with the original version, that also did the best on the charts. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.189.234.88 (talk) 21:47, 5 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Petty..[edit]

Did Tom Petty do a cover on this song before Rasacl Flatts?? Or maybe write it??

I see it all over the net as his song... I thought Joe wrote it?

I only know the Tom Petty version, and I'm flabbergasted that I can't find anything on Wikipedia (or anywhere!) about it. 128.253.185.233 (talk) 04:53, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Guitar Hero[edit]

I know that the popular version is country, something Guitar Hero hasn't tried, but don't you wikiers think that this would be a good song for the popular video game series to try?--71.35.69.46 21:41, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Cochrane's most famous song?[edit]

The article states that this is Tom Cochrane's most famous song. I would have to disagree... Lunatic Fringe by Red Rider was also written by Tom Cochrane and is a major classic rock classic hit. Just something to consider.
