Proposed merge of Life of L. Ron Hubbard from 1911 to 1950 with Early life of L. Ron Hubbard[edit]
The split of his biography into SEVEN subarticles plus a timeline is WILD. Not sure we need so much depth and detail here, but at the least it's malpractice and confusing to readers to have both of these two pages. Please fix this mess. Reywas92Talk 17:05, 27 November 2023 (UTC)

- Hey Reywas92, thanks for reminding us to get back to this. We were pushing to get the main bio article to GA status, but our GA Reviewer kinda ran out of steam midway through and I'm hesitant to make big changed without another set of eyes.
- Though it's rated GA-class, Early life of L. Ron Hubbard is actually a very bad article that closely follows hagiographic sources rather than mainstream ones.
- If no one objects, I'll start the process of merging Early Life into this article with the goal of replacing it with a redirect to this article.
- Looking forward, it seems like we should have THIS article cover 1911 to 1940, to be followed by the Military career of L. Ron Hubbard under the title Life of L. Ron Hubbard 1941-1945. In this way, every year of Hubbard's life has a clear subarticle without duplications or redundancies. Feoffer (talk) 10:08, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
