Bomb Iran?[edit]

Didn't Lillian Carter get quoted during the Iran Hostage Crisis that we should drop a nuclear bomb on Iran? I came here looking for the exact quote and found no mention of this. I'm almost certain she said it, because it caused a big stir in the media and she had to immediately retract that statement. If true, it seems like it should be included here as being noteworthy.2605:6000:6947:AB00:C4C5:C9EE:D9CC:FC12 (talk) 15:57, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't remember it. The Bomb Iran article talks about the parody version of the song that I remember from back when she was alive, as well as the comments John McCain got in trouble for making much later. -- RobLa (talk) 20:47, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
