Question

The article says: "She originally pursued her master's degree at Columbia University". Wasn't Columbia an all-male school at the time? Did she possibly attend Barnard, the sister school? Or maybe some special program that included girls? Carlo (talk) 00:00, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

At the time Columbia only enrolled male undergraduates, but nearly half the graduate students were female. She did live in a Barnard dormatory. StarryGrandma (talk) 02:07, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
