Lima Site designation in lead[edit]

Referenced at present to Conboy's Shadow War. No room in cites used for page numbers—in this case, pages 103-4.

Additional source suggested, 1/9[edit]

Editors may wish to include reference to AF Col. (ret'd) Lawrence E. Pence's account of his intelligence coup from the second crashed AN-2, entitled "Freedom Bird" and found at this link: http://1stmob.com/s17.htm. I am in contact with Col. Pence. -- Doug McNeal, 1/9/2017 173.73.12.46 (talk) 04:03, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Technicians[edit]

The article refers to US troops as "technicians". This sounds like covert language to hide the true nature. Wikipedia should be more clear what they were. Technician could be a computer engineer or something equally benign, and not eg. the SOF. -- GreenC 15:55, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
