[edit]I've reverted the revert to my addition of the hyphen some time ago. There is ample evidence in books of the use of the hyphen where these two words are used as a compound adjective; there, the hyphen accords with the requirements of almost all of the major style guides. Yes, a number of publications and web sites don't use the hyphen, but that appears to be through not knowing how to write properly. Many instances of limb lengthening occur correctly without hyphen as single adjective + noun ("... nerve injury associated with limb lengthening."; "... from a simple shoe lift to limb lengthening or limb shortening.") Disturbingly, there's quite a lot of incorrect hyphenation in this grammatical context ("Results of the Wagner and Ilizarov methods of limb-lengthening."; "Limb-lengthening, skeletal reconstruction, and bone transport with the Ilizarov method."; "Limb-lengthening, skeletal reconstruction, and bone transport with the Ilizarov method."), which does not accord with standard English typography. Most occurrences of the two words "limb lengthening" occur correctly, unhyphenated, as single adjective + noun.

- Phrase "Limb lengthening" without the hyphen is used among non-professionals and by doctors. I.e. this is not a bug.
- Although the phrase "Limb lengthening" is more common in communication. Therefore, please, fix "Limb lengthening method" without a hyphen. It will help most visitors of Wiki to find information more easily.
- Wiki articles "Limb lengthening methods" and "Distraction osteogenesis" are added to each other well. Therefore, it makes sense to link these articles mutually.
- Propose to remove the picture "Distraction osteogenesis", because it requires further explanation in the text. However, visitors of Wiki can easily find such explanations in the article "Distraction osteogenesis" (and there are enough links to article "Distraction osteogenesis" from "Limb lengthening methods")
- Updated phrase "Limb lengthening methods extend the length of limbs using different methods; either growth stimulators administration or surgical operations (distraction osteogenesis)" offer to change a bit, because the error in the re-use of the word "methods". "Methods ...using... methods".
