Notability[edit]

The article has had the following template on it since January 2019:

I'm going ahead and removing that template as they clearly pass criteria #11 (rotation by a major national radio station, in this case Triple J) and probably come close to passing #10 as well given that "Dirt Cheap" made it into the 2018 Hottest 100. Gibbsyspin 05:20, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

They were already notable by the end of 2017 according to criteria at WP:NBAND#2: "Has had a single or album on any country's national music chart" when Permanent Vacation peaked at No. 79 on the ARIA albums chart in October 2017 and at WP:NBAND#4: "Has received non-trivial coverage in independent reliable sources of an international concert tour, or a national concert tour in at least one sovereign country" when they undertook a 16-date national tour from October to December with an expanded band line-up from October to December 2017. However, verification of these criteria by use of reliable independent sources was required.shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 00:10, 8 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Author name?[edit]

@Tobyjamesaus and Sean Stephens: Tanja Brinks Toubro vs Tanja Brooks Toubro? Each write about Permanent Vacation for The Brag and Tone Deaf (on The Brag website) respectively see: Brinks' article is "Lime Cordiale Expand Their Sound on Permanent Vacation" on 16 October 2017, while Brooks' article is "Lime Cordiale's Permanent Vacation Is the Debut Album We Were Hoping For" on 13 October 2017. Given the commonality of name and both writing at thebrag.com, I believe they are the same person. Furthermore, I believe Brinks in the correct middle name (or first part of unhyphenated second name?) instead of Brooks due to presence of social media profiles as Tanja Brinks Toubro; but this is not reliable or may even be original research. Can someone clarify this situation? Note: the Brooks' ref is also used in Permanent Vacation's album article.shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 06:09, 26 February 2023 (UTC)shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 06:34, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
