Who is "Joe"?

[edit]

The text says "was never allowed in Joe's house", but there is no Joe in the article except Joe Clark. Who is Joe? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.108.127.16 (talk) 19:25, 1 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The source says nothing about a "Joe", and it's not really relevant to the article, so I have removed that bit. ... discospinster talk 14:38, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

World War III ?

[edit]

Please correct the summary box on the right, "Battles/wars", should read World War II, not III ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tclose (talkcontribs) 15:24, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment

[edit]

I have assessed this as Start Class, given its level of detail, although it requires more organization and more referencing. I have assessed this as low importance, as I do not feel that many people outside of Canada would be familiar with the subject of the article. Cheers, CP 15:11, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Governor General

[edit]

Why is the Governor General listed? Is it important? The Lieutenant Governor is the direct representative of the Queen and supersedes the Governor General in all its Ontario-related duties. Apart from being "officially" appointed by the Governor General there isn't really a connection. It's not as if the Lieutenant Governor reports directly to the GG. Can anyone clarify that for me? If not I think that section should be removed. To me, it gives off the implication that the Lieutenant Governor is subordinate to the Governor General.  Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Lightoil (talk) 02:24, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
