All the Chamberses[edit]

I only mentioned the other Lisa Chambers to save later readers the ten minutes of Googling it took me to establish they were different but related people. Now, does anybody know if Jack Chambers' father Dr. Frank Chambers, a pal of Brian Lenihan, Jnr, is related to Senator Frank Chambers? I have first hand information that Lisa Chambers is not related to Frank Chambers, or for that matter Jack Chambers. The Irish Times article is incorrect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnflan (talk • contribs) 00:36, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You might be able to dig up a source that confirms that? Either a correction in the Irish Times or an item in a local Mayo newspaper might plausibly say so. jnestorius^(talk) 10:53, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Possible whitewashing[edit]

We've had four months of various IPs' and user:SunnyRain25's attempts to remove apparently well-sourced material, claiming it is "false" or "inaccurate", or with no explanation at all. The removals have been reverted by me, user:Spleodrach, user:89.100.0.144, user:Pax85, user:Blaze Wolf. and user:Discospinster. Simply being controversial or negative does not make information inaccurate or false. and is not a reason to keep sourced information out of an article. If there is a problem with the information, or the sources being used, or the neutrality of our coverage please explain. Meters (talk) 20:56, 17 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
