List of names

Hi, it is me again. Some names have been entered twice in this list-- I have removed duplicates. Please remember its an Alphabetical list with surnames counted; so I have removed 'Imran Khan' from I and kept in K; and also removed Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi from I and kept in P. By readding these names a disservice is actually done as it seems like fake 'padding' . Please dont add these names again , they are given already under their proper headings.
