Suggestions[edit]

I think it would be nice to make a few additions and improvements to this entry such as:

1. Add a flag for the Kingdom of Asturias if there is one for the period 714-924 (similar to the symbols/flags for Aragón and Navarra).

2. Add a brief introduction to the article to talk about the most important kings such as Pelayo, Fruela I, Alfonso II and Alfonso III.

3. It does not make much sense to have a timeline with a bar that goes from top to bottom in an ascending chronological order. It makes more sense to have a horizontal bar that proceeds from the 700s to the 900s from left to right which also eliminates unnecessary empty space on the page.

4. There are 2 family trees. The big one should be reduced to an image that looks like the small one. The small one is pointless since it covers Asturias but it also goes beyond Fruela II which is beyond the scope of this article. Also, the small one is practically redundant and unnecessary.

The chart family tree is much to be preferred, not the image. Per WP:TEXTASIMAGES, Textual information should almost always be entered as text rather than as an image...Images are not searchable, are slower to download, and are unlikely to be read as text by devices for the visually impaired. Besides the chart can be easily edited by anyone in comparison with an image. --82.76.47.222 (talk) 08:48, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

4. If that is the case then the image has no reason for being there and it should be removed.
