Top 10 songs

[edit]

What data is this list based on? the most listened to songs on US radio stations? The most selling singles? Please do explain. TheCuriousGnome (talk) 18:40, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Like all Hot 100 charts, it is based on a combination of sales and airplay just extrapolated to the entire decade. I guess the Billboard Hot 100 decade chart isn't a reliable enough source, yet you provide no sources to confirm the number-one songs of each year and that seems to be OK. --Starcheerspeaksnewslostwars (talk) 19:00, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I see. I'll add a little explanation for this. TheCuriousGnome (talk) 19:29, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Make this table accessible to blind users

[edit]

Hi. The structure of this table makes it hard to use by impaired users (blind for example). See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Accessibility. I was asked by user "A Thousand Doors" to find a fix for this table.

Here is my proposal. I suggest we add a column "year". And each year ("2000", "2001") would be a row spanned across several rows. It would look like this. What do you think ? Dodoïste (talk) 01:37, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
