How could anyone forget Lynne Russell, "...the first woman to become the regular, solo anchor of a daily evening prime time newscast on a television network?" http://www.lynnerussell.com/home.html — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.136.165.85 (talk) 02:49, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

All of these people are NOT anchors. A more apt name may be personalities or news presenters. Unless someone wants to deliniate between actual reporters and anchors...

The link of "Emily Chang" is linking to the wrong person. They share the same name, but they are two different person. (Mar 20, 2009) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.231.161.172 (talk) 08:39, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Issues:

[edit]

I've done some clean up, but here's what I see wrong about this article: 1. it is mis-named in that it goes well beyond the simple listing of anchors; 2. it includes many non-notable personalities; 3. in many respects it violates WP:NOTDIRECTORY. Solutions: 1. re-name to say "List of notable CNN personalities", 2. cull the non-wikied names and admonish to WP:WTAF; 3. cull out info that goes beyond the most basic stuff. --S. Inappropriate list entries

[edit]

Note: This list of CNN anchors is not a directory. BEFORE adding individuals to this list, WRITE THE ARTICLE FIRST. Inclusion of individuals among lists requires supporting the addition through a reliable source. For lists of notable people, sources are provided in the individual articles, rather than on the list itself. For inclusion of individuals for whom articles are nonexistent, the addition must be supported by reliable sources indicating and supporting their professional relationship with CNN. (See also WP:LISTPEOPLE). Cindy(talk to me) 03:10, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The 'Jenny Harrison' item links to the Maths professor, not to the Weather presenter ! 46.208.59.67 (talk) 11:05, 28 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Many missing people

[edit]

There are many people missing here like Will Ripley, Cyril Vanier, Robyn Curnow etc. The incomplete template should be added here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.214.9.177 (talk) 16:47, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Documents from Mar a Lago.

[edit]

Is there any connection between the couple recently arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida who tried to sell classified informaton to Brazil and the documents stored at Mar a Lago? Did they have access to the recently retrieved classified? Were they or a relative employed at the resort? 98.242.213.121 (talk) 20:39, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
