Amazon overlinking
[edit]This page relies on Amazon for way to much information. First, it looks like WP:SPAM, it is the page on Wikipedia with the most links to Amazon(see Linkypedia analysis and second the Amazon information only provides what the sellers and publishers want the user to see are intended for sales. Can't we use WorldCat or Questia or Google Books for this, all of them aren't so prominently supporting sales of the books? What does that say about Wikipedia when you direct users to the largest seller of stuff on the internet (which they would have no trouble finding if they searched the ISBN) for information that can be found on many more informative sites?Sadads (talk) 15:56, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
- Do the ISBNs need to have sources? I'd delete sources, and only keep the ISBNs in place. Truthkeeper88 (talk) 16:13, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
- I agree, Author has been active recently, so I didn't want to trip him/her up, hence additional opinions. Sadads (talk) 16:17, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
Order of languages
[edit]Is there a reason why the languages are in the order they are in now? Does English have some sort of priority? I would suggest alphabetizing or order of first publication, and telling the reader in the lead which one you are using, 14:31, 22 August 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sadads (talk • contribs)
Structure
[edit]Although substantial so far, how should this page be re-ordered (and/or rewritten)? Sadads has also expressed concern about it. Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 20:10, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
