[edit]Here is a small start have fun with it
After creating it, I am wondering if this page is redundant with chinese philosophers which is where I got most of the material.
I created it because I found it on a wiki wish list... maybe it doesn't need to exist
- I think it's useful. Gathering the philosophers under the headings of the philosophies will be helpful for those trying to get a grip on the topic. For my purposes it would have been useful to have a little additional information, like the dates (or at least approximate dates) in which each of these lived.
- It's a pity that WP doesn't have a few common 'mechanisms' for authors to use, such as the ability to resort a table by clicking on column headings, or to show a (horizontal) scrollable timeline.
- And apologies: I'm full of suggestions but don't have the skills to implement most of these.

What about Zhang Jiao, Yu Ji, and Zuo Ci? They were philosophers. Zhang Jiao questioned the Han and it's living, Yu Ji questioned the Sun clan and Zuo Ci questioned Cao Cao's way. I think they deserve to be listed. Thank you. 74.69.189.75 (talk) 20:44, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
