Separating different World Cups[edit]

I propose that the list should be divided into different sections according to different world cups. For example, the first six centuries which were hit in the 1975 World Cup should be arranged in separate world cups as done in a previous edit by me here - Difference between edit 650724064 and 650724085.

The list is growing long and long and in every world cup there are even more centuries. We need to arrange the list in place quite nicely to afford more centuries. This sectioning according to the year of World Cup will prove to be more efficient and organized.--Kashish Arora (talk) 11:34, 10 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that this list is bound to grow as the tournament progresses. But we should also keep in mind that it's going to remain stable for the next four years. Splitting the table would be a very bad idea, as sortability would clearly go out of the picture. Having said that, I don't understand how the list is going to benefit out of the splitting up of the table. Vensatry (ping) 16:17, 10 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Well, who knows when this discussion would end and when this article would be active again. This is the right time to discuss. A world cup is going on, so more users will be active to discuss and we can have a clear view of how the article will go in the future. Won't it be too long for the readers - FOUR YEARS of uneasiness while reading this article? The list is going to be benefited. It will be better organized, there will be more chances of statistics to people - to check out how many centuries were there in an year, what was the highest or lowest score in that year and so on. People will have a better idea with this. With a lot more systematic setting, people will have efficient navigation. The list contains more than 150 records now. In such a case, it will really become too agitated and fidgeted for users to scroll down just to find that they have come too down or haven't come to that world cup yet. This list is predicted to grow a lot, lot more. A couple of centuries are made on each day of a world cup. It needs to be done, the list needs to be divided. It is already high-time and the list has grown too long.--Kashish Arora (talk) 16:47, 10 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
To make the list more organised and efficient, it's better to have everything in one table. Vensatry (ping) 17:00, 10 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Flag for Ireland[edit]

The flag shown for Ireland in this table is not the Irish flag, but the symbol of "Cricket Ireland", which seems to be inconsistent with the other teams which use the national flag. E.g. New Zealand cricket uses the silver fern, but is shown here with the New Zealand national flag. FWIW at this scale the cricket ireland flag is also unrecognisable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.141.18.3 (talk) 23:42, 28 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
