Descrepancy[edit]

The articles on the World Cups as well as FIFA's match reports on the 1954 World Cup list Lajos Czeizler only as Italy's manager, whereas the present article as well as this page by FIGC say the team was led by a technical commission which consisted of Czeizler and Angelo Schiavio and where the coach was Silvio Piola. Why this discrepancy, and what exactly is the role of a coach within a technical commission? --Theurgist (talk) 08:47, 14 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
