Mini review[edit]

The grammar looks good to me. I do have a few comments:

Why is Erich Raeder called Dr phil H.C Erich Raeder?
Choose your date format: the lead has the international one (the correct form in my opinion) and the table has the American form.
Why are some u-boats linked and others aren't?
You need to fix the width of that column so it doesn't wrap (or put   in between the dates, so 1 September 1944)
I have to state I am still dubious about the notes column, but that is aesthetics I think.
