How to establish notability?

There is a clear consensus in this RfC that List of LGBT YouTubers should include only people with articles per WP:LISTPEOPLE.

Should this page only include persons who have a Wikipedia article already? Beeblebrox (talk) 21:29, 12 October 2019 (UTC)

I reverted an addition because the person does not have an article, but the user who reverted me is correct, I was thinking of List of YouTubers, where we did in fact establish that as an easy standard to use for who was included in the list. This completely eliminates the need to discuss individual entries or to edit war over their inclusion. I would therefore propose the same standard be applied to this page. It's just easier. Beeblebrox (talk) 21:24, 12 October 2019 (UTC)

WP:LISTPEOPLE is clear: a person is typically included in a list of people only if the person meets the Wikipedia notability requirement. See also WP:WTAF, and the last bullet in WP:REDDEAL. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 22:38, 12 October 2019 (UTC)
Only those with articles per RedRose64 - per WP:LISTPEOPLE they need to be notable, and the most practical way of checking if everyone added to the list is notable is if they have an article. ~~ OxonAlex - talk 15:12, 16 October 2019 (UTC)
Only those with articles per above in citing WP:LISTPEOPLE. Chetsford (talk) 16:04, 27 October 2019 (UTC)

Please add Ally Beardsley to this list. They had their own channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/beardsfest) but, more importantly, are a star of Dimension 20 and College Humor's respective Youtube channels. They are nonbinary and definitely deserve a place on this list!
