I feel it would be better to replace the full list at the bottom of Leeds United A.F.C. players with the contents of this page, and people can use Category:Leeds United A.F.C. players to view a list of all players whom have made a professional appearance for the club. Top 100 players list

[edit]

How could it have been written in the year 2000 ? There are numerous players on there who didn't go to United until AFTER 2000 - eg Jermaine Beckford at No 100 for one. Also the source for the list is a dead link. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 222.246.62.6 (talk) 06:15, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm still not convinced that either the date or the list is correct even after the removal of Beckford, Delph etc. For instance, Robbie Keane appears at number 57 at yet didn't join United until 2001. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.92.40.49 (talk) 10:37, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notable Players - John Scott

The person to whom this links is a different John Scott - from Dundee in the 1890's.

However this John Scott seems to be around still posting on a BBC Blog - http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/chrisbevan/2011/04/trautmann_hopes_man_citys_time.html message 39. I lacked the ability to unlink it - sorry - no doubt one of the 20,000 plus Elland Road attendees will be able to sort this out, if they are not too distressed that it seems as if Leeds are going to struggle to the end of the season, yet again, to get back to the top division!
