Australian media hoax[edit]

This article was apparently used as part of an elaborate media hoax by a forthcoming Australian television series, Hungry Beast. The addition of "Carl Varnsen Public Intellectual and leading sociologist in Australia" here was apparently added as background to a hoax press release sent to Australian Associated Press and widely reported in the Australian media asserting that people from Sydney were the most gullible in Australia. See Media Watch (ABC) for more information. --Canley (talk) 04:36, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Article name?[edit]

Why is this List of Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich people and not List of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich people, as I would conclude from the university's name? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:36, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
