Merger

[edit]

This article is basically the same as List of Major League Baseball all-time leaders in doubles and should be merged. Fbdave 22:37, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

tag rmv – redirect is used for appropriate reasons. MusiCitizen 13:00, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bold facing the leader

[edit]

Since the article states that active players are in bold face, I removed the bold face on Tris Speaker. Fbdave (talk) 02:51, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hall of Fame

[edit]

Does anyone object if I indicate which players are in the Hall of Fame, like I did here? Coemgenus 19:35, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why use a symbol and a color? Use one or the other; using both is overkill and makes the list too busy. Dacunni1 (talk) 16:30, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I thought so, too, but when I got List of Major League Baseball players with 100 triples featured, they said it was required, so as to allow color-blind people to see the list. I suppose just symbols could work, but the color is easier for the non-color-blind to pick out at a glance. Coemgenus 17:25, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
