Inadequate sources[edit]

I've checked the sources for this list, and have to admit I find them inadequate in relation to the claims given in the article. The subsection "First foreign managers, and first honours (1936–71)" does only have one source, despite the subsection does have several disputable claims. The given source leads to a statistic section in Rikard Smitt's book, where one example I've noticed in particular, is "Carl Ahlberg coached the team from 1942 to 1944". According to the same book, p. 312 (the reference for this table is given in the lead section), Ahlberg did coach Malmö FF from 1941 to 1943. The claim in the mentioned subsection is consistent with the claim in the table, which apparently is from a more accurate source, where also dates for entering and resignation for each of the managers are included. The sources given in the table, do in most cases only give background material for calculating match statistics rather than any information about the managers. The source for the dates for entering and resignation is not given in the list at all (as far as I can see). Grrahnbahr (talk) 20:08, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I can do so, but I think it will mess up the list, as the match statistics appears to be made out of the list with exact dates. I think it would be better to locate and add the sources missing. Grrahnbahr (talk) 07:54, 8 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
