Update article title?[edit]

Since 2019, the Michelin guide only publishes one guide for the entire state of California. The southern California article title has been updated to show it represents more than just Los Angeles, rather all of Southern California: List of Michelin starred restaurants in Los Angeles and Southern California

I would propose this article be renamed to do the same. Instead of "List of Michelin starred restaurants in San Francisco Bay Area" it should read, "List of Michelin starred restaurants in San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California" as this includes restaurants in Sacramento and other parts of Northern California outside of the SF Bay area.
