Why are all these website addresses bracketed with <nowiki>? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:43, 4 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia formats complete urls into clickable external links (http://www.example.com/) unless they are in nowiki. I didn't want to include links because they are discouraged in lists WP:EL#Links in lists. In line with WP:NOTDIR WP:NOTREPOSITORY, this article is not a repository of links, but a list of websites including urls. Finnusertop (talk | guestbook | contribs) 22:55, 4 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
