Notes from the talk page of the school[edit]

Jimmy Edwards[edit]

Edwards' biographical article indicates he was educated at King's School in Wimbledon, not at Sherborne. I've no idea which is correct. Fairlightseven 07/12/08 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.21.136.191 (talk) 20:06, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Alan Turing[edit]

This entry; 'Alan Turing OBE, FRS, mathematician and instrumental figure at Bletchley Park', is one of the most denigrating entries that you could have possibly made. One could question why his name is not listed in the 'Intelligence' section, for a start. One could ask why his contributions to computing are not identified. Certainly 'Academia' is not where many would place a person so important to modern computing, even though he thought he was writing an academic paper at the time. Think about what you are not achieving. Get real! 11:56, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
