from dab to list

[edit]

I started this page as a disambiguation page, but it seems more natural for it to become a list of notable S. H. Kress and Co. buildings. Moving it to a list type article title now and will plan to develop a table, akin to List of Elks buildings and other lists of buildings articles. Comments welcome. --doncram 00:33, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I removed tag in article that called for cleanup, and comment asserting that "the links to RHP redirects should be changed to link to the specific list that includes the building". That comment would have applied for supporting bluelinks in a disambiguation page, which this is not. The article could/should be developed as a list, though, i guess. --doncram 12:13, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Is this list

[edit]

supposed to be set up in alphabetical order, first by state and then by city? @Doncram: Or is there some other madness happening that I am missing? Carptrash (talk) 18:38, 7 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Users are going to reference by city I think. I alphabetized them by city. Now, I’m going to start adding entries to the list. It should be over a hundred. Then I’ll start attaching the links.

Adding building entries to list

[edit]

There are at least 120 to add to this list. I’m going to add them to create the most complete list possible then start adding citations. Afterwards, I’ll work on creating individual building articles.

I’m new and I’m still learning. Fat Irish Guy (talk) 13:27, 31 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Grrr. 56 entries should be standardized.

[edit]

Some entries say Kress and some say S.H. Kress & Co. It should be the latter. I’ll fix them as I work on the individual entries and articles. Fat Irish Guy (talk) 16:09, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

39 still need standardized. Fat Irish Guy (talk) 13:01, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
