Is there a reason the intros Trey and Matt did for the season 1 DVD aren't mentioned? I was wondering if they did intros for any of the other seasons, but saw that they weren't mentioned for season 1...just wondering--Saisugoi 12:35, 21 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, why aren't the non-"season set" DVD releases listed? --Proudhug 15:15, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why dosen't someone add the non season box set dvds? I only know 3 - The Hits (which is already there), The Passion of the Jew, and South Park Bigger Longer Uncut (if it counts).

Does anyone know why there were no European releases past Season 4? Douglasnicol 01:24, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Look up 'South Park UK DVDs' on www.southparkstudios.com forum. There are some articles on it. And I think that comedy central and paramount are planning on releasing some more soon, is that right? User:Jbeckwith December 17 2006 17:46 GMT

Uncensored DVDs???

[edit]

Are there uncensored versions of the season DVD sets available anywhere on this planet? Cause I was more than just a little bit pissed when I noticed the German DVD versions contain censored english versions. Won´t buy any more of them rip-offs that´s for sure :-( —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.183.121.43 (talk) 20:16, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

specifying the question: are the USA dvds uncensored or not? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.183.127.229 (talk) 21:52, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:South Park Season 10 DVD.jpg

[edit]

Image:South Park Season 10 DVD.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Season 1 Box Set mislabeling

[edit]

'The DVD box lists the episodes by production order, while the actual episodes are arranged on the DVDs in a different order: The box labels "Volcano" before "Weight Gain 4000"; The box labels "Starvin' Marvin" on Disc 3, listing "Damien" in its place on Disc 2. This has later been fixed on later manufacturing runs of this DVD boxed set.'

I own the first season of South Park on the Region 1 DVD. I read this description and this is simply no longer the case. The episodes are labeled on my copy of the box set as follows.

Disc One:
-Cartman Gets An Anal Probe
-Weight Gain 4000
-Volcano
-Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride

Disc Two
-An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig
-Death
-Pinkeye
-Starvin' Marvin

Disc Three
-Mr. Hankey The Christmas Poo
-Damien
-Tom's Rhinoplasty
-Mecha-Streisand
-Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut

I added onto the page that the mislabeling has since been fixed. This mislabeling must have occurred on earlier manufacturing runs of the box set. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Firebomb 87 (talkcontribs) 23:52, 4 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blu-ray/DVD gap

[edit]

Anyone notice how when they released season 12, they had a massive gap between releasing the bluray, and then the DVD. I believe the same is happening with season 13, as I can find the Blu-Ray preorders for the date stated in this article, but can't find any mention of them releasing in on standard DVD. --84.13.223.168 (talk) 12:38, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
