"Hawker"?[edit]

Personally, I don't think "hawker" is the correct word for Lawrence; it implies that he sells goods bought cheaply elsewhere to people. I'm pretty sure he's a "merchant". I'm going to change it, but feel free to debate my interpretation. HunterXI (talk) 16:45, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Selling things bought cheaply to others is the goal of any merchant/hawker/peddler however merchant is the most identifiable word(with least baggage) so it should probly be the one used. --Wilson (talk) 22:25, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Requested review[edit]

I've been asked to comment on this article.[1] I'll focus on the plot summaries, as that was the main problem the last time around if I recall correctly.

  • "Lawrence returns to town and meets with a younger girl named Chloe" - First he arrives at the town, then he returns. Does that mean he left town in between?
  • "Holo is forced to act as a diversion" - How exactly is she "forced"?
  • "He waits for her near the edge of the forest but is attacked and is tied up by three men from the Remerio Company, who hoping to erase all witnesses and keep all of the profits from the smuggling, and left for the wolves." - Messed up grammar here. Can't fix it without making assumptions on what is being meant.
  • "Holo's debt of 1,000 silver coins" - Where does this come from all of a sudden?
  • "Lawrence realizes that he has to drop the price of pyrite or risk losing Holo to Amati." - Here you're really starting to loose me. What has one to do with the other?
  • "Dianna, however, agrees sell Lawrence pyrite instead" - Missing a to?
  • "Holo also sells a large bag purchased from Dianna" - I thought she was in debt...

The first set of summaries makes sense. Once the things I brought up are addressed, you should be able to get that part through FLC without much trouble. The second set is different in that I'm getting lost half way through them. He starts making all kinds of deals and I don't get what for or in what way. Why is he trying to lower the price of pyrite? When he has pyrite, I'd assume he'd be happy about rising prices. And what's with this wolf deity? Is she rich? Poor? In search of a husband?

I hope this partial review was/is helpful. Sorry for taking so long. I was quite busy. I won't be watchlisting this page, so drop me a line on my talk page if you need more feedback. Goodraise 20:25, 8 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Question on color coding[edit]

Is there a reason the episode 7 of season 1 and episode 1 of season 2 are color coded differently from the other episodes in the list? 96.240.137.73 (talk) 03:01, 6 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

As stated in the airdate column and in the linked notes, they are both original video animations. Would it be perhaps be more enlightening to remove the colours? ɳOCTURNEɳOIRtalk 04:23, 6 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I only put in the colors originally as at the time I had seen it done in similar lists that had the OVAs in the middle of a list. If it's fallen out of fashion (as is often the case on Wikipedia), then remove the colors.-- 05:55, 6 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
